ToUpper() in encodeURI() unnecessary?

Hi -- first, congrats for a great project. We're finding Jint to be very useful for a lightweight scripting engine.

One problem we've run into is the encodeURI() and encodeURIComponent() do a ToUpper() of their return values. That's not usually how those functions behave in Javascript. Should the last lines of those functions be changed from:

return this.StringClass.New(encoded.ToUpper()); this:

return this.StringClass.New(encoded);

Or is there some other reason to do the ToUpper()?
