Running on XNA/Xbox? (no Reflection.Emit)

I can see in the source code that Jint uses a bit of Reflection.Emit in DelegateWrapper. How critical is this functionality, and/or could it be redone without Emit? I'm hoping to use Jint on the Xbox via XNA, and it doesn't support Emit.
